Hello! My name is Laura, and I am a surface pattern designer from the Great Lakes region of the United States. My work is based on my detailed ink drawings — I love the tactile human experience of creating artwork by hand, especially with dip pens and ink on paper. And I love to develop my ink drawings into repeating patterns and full-fledged collections, each of which reveals a story.
